• The monthly dues for Presidential Valley are $225 and are due on the 1st of each month and late after 15 days. A $25 late fee will be added on the 16th of each month plus interest and a reminder notice fee of $6 • Garbage pick up is Tuesdays and Fridays • Yard waste pick is Wednesdays • The clubhouse hours are Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm
